WEDDING FILMS

A wedding is the one shoot where nothing can be asked for twice. No blocking, no resets, no second take on the moment somebody's mother starts crying. You either caught it or you did not.

So I shoot these as documentary rather than production. Long lenses, available light wherever it holds up, and enough distance that people forget the camera is running and go back to being themselves.

The edit protects the feeling rather than the timeline. Not every ritual makes the cut, and the ones that do are held past the point most edits would move on, because that is where the day actually lives.
